Qualifications:


  1. Certifications:

    • Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) designation is mandatory.

    • Additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are often preferred.

  2. Experience:

    • Significant hands-on experience in applying Scrum in various contexts.

    • Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role is highly desirable.
