Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Agile Transformation:

    • Lead and guide the organization through the Agile transformation process.

    • Assess the current state of Agile maturity and identify areas for improvement.

    • Develop and implement strategies for Agile adoption and continuous improvement.

  2. Team Coaching:

    • Work closely with Agile teams to ensure they understand and follow Agile principles and methodologies.

    • Provide coaching and mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.

    • Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture that embraces Agile values.

  3. Facilitation:

    • Conduct Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Agile practices and principles.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and cooperation.

  4. Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify and address impediments to Agile transformation.

    • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.

    • Measure and report key Agile metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  5. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Engage with leadership, product owners, and other stakeholders to align Agile practices with business goals.

    • Provide guidance on the impact of Agile transformation on roles, responsibilities, and organizational structure.

    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure support for Agile initiatives.

  6. Training and Education:

    • Develop and deliver Agile training programs for teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

    • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate new insights into Agile coaching strategies.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach, with a successful track record of Agile transformations.

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

  • Continuous learner and passionate advocate for Agile practices.
